Since becoming a REALTOR® in 2018, Kelsey has built a reputation for creative marketing, professional representation, and personalized service. As the owner of Dawson Real Estate, she oversees every aspect of the brokerage while creating engaging listing content, developing innovative marketing strategies, and ensuring every client receives exceptional care from start to finish.

Outside of real estate, Kelsey has spent more than eight years as the Office Manager for Dawson Law Office, where she has helped lead business operations, implement systems, strengthen client relationships, and grow the firm's brand. Her background also includes serving as Marketing Director for the Washington County YMCA and contributing to the video production team at Northside Christian Church, where she has volunteered in media production for several years. These experiences have strengthened her leadership, communication, creativity, and commitment to serving others.

Kelsey earned her Bachelor's degree from Hanover College before completing her Master of Business Administration (MBA), giving her a unique blend of creative vision and business expertise that benefits every client she represents.
